Our Story

From its very early beginnings in the late 30’s this place was destined to become a Shawano Landmark. Always known for its warm hospitality and exceptional food this destination just outside the Historic Moose yard and across from the Shawano Municipal Airport continues the tradition.

The PAD has renewed the spirit of being a community destination with a very straight forward mission. To make every person we serve feel welcomed, valued, and important.

We cater to the Burger lover and take pride in the fact that ours is proprietary to The PAD, never frozen and hand patties onto the grill. Served on a specialty bun you can enjoy several Signature Burgers including The PAD, The Blu, The BOY, The Jetstar, Avanti, Sopwith Camel and others. You can also enjoy a classic that you build yourself.

We also have a variety of great daily specials that will satisfy your craving for some amazing Bar & Grill fare.
